Cantate is a Japanese menswear brand established in 2015 by designer Shin Matsushima. With a background in design and production for several labels, Matsushima founded Cantate to pursue his fascination with vintage denim and European classics, translating these influences into a contemporary wardrobe. 
The brand works closely with master weavers and specialist factories in Japan, developing fabrics and garments that highlight the country’s finest craftsmanship. Every piece is made with an emphasis on precision, comfort, and longevity, from tailoring to denim to everyday essentials.
