Description
Refomed's Wrist Patch Wide Shirt "Stripe" is a wide-silhouette shirt built around a wrist patch set at the inside of the sleeve, a detail addressing the wear and soiling that manual work puts on that part of the arm.The shirt is cut from 100% cotton in a striped weave, made in this sax colourway from extra-long staple Suvin and Giza cotton, two fine long-fibre cottons valued for their length and smooth hand, woven to a high density that gives the cloth a crisp, structured body, with a slight sheen from the extra-long staple cotton.Dropped shoulders widen the cut further, and four tucks set into the back, folds of fabric stitched down to shape volume, build the shirt's three-dimensional construction. The armholes are set wide, in the manner of outerwear, so that, according to Refomed, it can be worn over a sweatshirt or a knit. The wide silhouette runs from the dropped shoulder through to the cuff, where the wrist patch sits.
