Description
The Turtleneck Cape in ribbed wool takes the collar off a sweater and lets the rest fall as a cape. The collar stands high at the neck, then the rib opens out over the shoulders in a flare shaped by raglan lines running from the neck to the hem. It pulls on over the head with no opening, and the edge rolls rather than sitting flat. Worn over a coat or under one, it closes the gap at the neck that a scarf leaves open.
